Oddsight Charts provides market-analysis interfaces for comparing event data, Prediction Markets, and asset data. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use any information shown in the product. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

No investment advice

Oddsight Charts is provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice.

We do not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset, security, derivative, cryptocurrency, Prediction Market contract, or other instrument.

Data and availability

Market data, event data, Prediction Market data, and related analytics may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. You should verify important information with primary sources before relying on it.

Oddsight Charts is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or execution venue. The service does not place trades or handle customer funds.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive rates, reverse engineer non-public systems, or use it to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or its content except as allowed by applicable law or written permission from Oddsight.

Intellectual property

Oddsight, Oddsight Charts, the product design, software, and related content are owned by Oddsight or its licensors. Third-party data, libraries, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddsight is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data issues, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
